☆Grateful for the Diamond Crew☆ I recently had the exterior of my home painted by Better Painting, and while there were definitely some bumps along the way, the final result — and especially the experience I had with the Diamond Crew — made it all more than worth it. These guys were truly the highlight of the entire process. Each crew member I spoke to was incredibly kind, respectful, hardworking, and detailed. They didn’t just do a good job — they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, fixing anything I pointed out and even catching things I hadn’t noticed myself. They took real pride in their work and brought great energy to the project. On top of that, they were funny, personable, and easy to talk to — just an all-around great group of guys. The administrative side of the project, on the other hand, was the most frustrating part for me. There were a lot of miscommunications, delays, and scheduling issues that made things feel scattered and stressful. I often wasn’t sure who to reach out to, and it seemed like everyone wasn’t always on the same page. I understand that some delays were caused by unavoidable storms, but the bigger issue was how the process was handled during that time. That said, by the end of the project, things turned around. I received a genuine apology and they really went above and beyond to make things right. What mattered most to me was that I was able to see a different, more human side of the team. We laughed, related to each other, and shared moments that felt less formal and more real — which helped rebuild trust and left me with a much better impression of the company overall. As a veteran, one of the main reasons I chose Better Painting was because the owner is a former Marine. He made a great first impression — professional, experienced, and proud of his team. The Diamond Crew absolutely lived up to everything he said and more. Their hard work transformed my older, smaller home into something truly beautiful. Every time I look at it now, it brings me a sense of calm and joy. It genuinely feels like a new home — and their effort and care made that happen. If the Diamond Crew is the team, I would absolutely hire Better Painting again and recommend them to anyone. Better painting recently did a painting project of our main floor. The crew was on time, very professional and attentive and overall did an excellent job with the painting and some repairs that were needed. I would definitely recommend this company for others out there and would use them again myself.
