Festool sanding, when the surface needs it
On the Carrington Drive project the main floor walls needed to come down smooth before paint. We sanded the whole main floor with Festool sanders on vacuum extraction — dust pulled at the tool instead of settling on everything you own. That was $862 on a $6,234 job, and it is the reason the finish looks like new drywall instead of a repaint.
We do not put it on every quote. We put it on the ones that need it.
